Good luck! Maybe you should give her a gift to help her see her behavior. I used to try to control everyone around me and it caused people to keep their distance. Then my friend gave me a book titled, "The Missing Link"
by Drs. Richard & Phyllis Arno
that helped me see the error of my ways. I really just needed someone to show me how ridiculous I had been acting.

This is a very useful suggestion. For these article I had motivated my self in understanding my boss. Through these helpful suggestion I have been a successful in my field. I had read a survey on how to deal with crank people. And it shows that 80% were being rattle whenever they see or rather hear their boss on their cranky mood. Only 20% can manage with their cranky bosses.

Thanks for these suggestions. I have a boss who is a control freak about wanting to know things. Every week, he's got a different idea, and then he gets other bosses involved. I needed a good way to handle it, and your advice about acknowledging them sounds right on target.

Wish you had a quick handout on it -- I am looking forward to your book. Let me know when I can preorder it.
