People in my office don't say no they just don't do what they are asked. There is no accountability here.

I actually enjoyed this, I had a previous boss actually criticize me for being such a "yes" person. Since then, In the work world, I've learned to suppress my "eager to please" personality and focus only on what will really make an impact. Just because I can do it, doesn't mean I should do it. Great stuff, thanks!

I just used these tips in a meeting to "un-commit" myself from a huge mess of duties. I can't believe how well it worked. I actually came out of the meeting looking like a *hero* for going the extra mile, instead of going the extra *five* miles.

This is episode is really interesting but where's the 20-minute interview? I went to getitdone.quickanddirtytips.com and there is no link to listen to it. When I click on the play button, it's the same as the podcast.
