Stever, thanks for all the podcasts. Great for riding the bus.

What was the name/website of the detox center? Was it near the SF bay area?

Thanks,

Thank you for sharing this relevant article. All of us should educate ourselves about the right foods that we have to intake in our body in order to become healthy and strong. But, sometimes tight budget becomes a hindrance for many people to attain their goals of providing their family with nutritious foods. At the moment, a lot of people would love to figure out how to do five dollar dinners on a regular basis. The creator of a website entirely devoted to five dollar dinners got some publicity from Rachel Ray, the TV cook who has become a pop culture phenomenon and introduced the term EVOO into the popular lexicon. (Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for the uninitiated.) The website was started by Erin Chase, who gives advice on how to shop hearty and diversely, without worrying about short term loans for good food. A lot of people would give installment loans to learn how to make good five dollar dinners.
