      <description>Thanks a lot. I have been using Microsoft Office for years and never knew there was an outline mode. Everything you said makes perfect sense; I wonder why we are not learning these things at school. These days most schools use word processors and kids should be taught to work efficiently from the early days. Kate from licensed conveyancing.</description>
